What We Provide
Every resident arrives with a different history, different abilities and a different idea of a good day. We build the care around that, then review it as needs change.
Caregivers are present in the home around the clock, including overnight. Residents are checked on regularly, helped whenever they need it, and never left to manage a difficult moment alone. Changes in health or mood are noticed early and communicated to family straight away.
Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and moving safely around the home, given with patience and privacy. We help exactly as much as is needed and no more, because doing things for yourself matters.
Three home-cooked meals a day plus snacks, served at a shared table. Special diets are accommodated: low-sodium, diabetic, soft or texture-modified, and personal preferences too. Hydration is encouraged throughout the day.
Prescriptions are organized, given on schedule and recorded, with refills tracked so nothing runs out. We coordinate with physicians, pharmacies and visiting health professionals, and keep families informed of any changes.
Conversation, music, games, gentle exercise, television and time outdoors, plus the ordinary companionship of a shared household. Visitors are welcome, and residents are encouraged to keep up the hobbies and routines they have always loved.
Housekeeping, laundry and linen are taken care of. The home is kept clear, well lit and easy to move through, and we operate as a licensed and compliant RCFE so families know the standards behind the comfort.
